Methodology
How the biological age calculator, longevity test, and healthspan score are built.
What the Assessment Measures
100-Year Life Score estimates longevity readiness across five dimensions: metabolic baseline, lifestyle, sleep, mind and social connection, and preventive care. The output includes a 0-100 longevity score, a biological age estimate, and a healthspan-focused action plan.
Evidence Base
Questions and recommendations are mapped to peer-reviewed research from journals including NEJM, The Lancet, Science, JAMA, and BMJ. The model prioritizes factors with strong evidence, practical measurability, and user-actionable next steps.
Limits
The result is an educational estimate, not a diagnosis or life expectancy prediction. It does not replace lab tests, clinician review, or individualized medical advice.
